All Ted Su Straps are padded with 100% natural Portuguese cork. Cork is light, water resistant, and does not corrode. We choose cork because it does not absorb sweat—one of the main sources of unpleasant odor. All Ted Su Straps are reinforced with fiberglass cloth.
